Pair it with rice, naan or tandoori roti( of which you can find the link below) for a gastronomic delight.<br /><br /><br />Try this delicious recipe and let us know in the comment section below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 3)<br />- 4 tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Refined Rice Bran Oil <br />- 4 Potatoes<br />- 2-3 Bay Leaves<br />- 1 cup Onions (sliced)<br />- Salt<br />- 500 gms Goat Meat<br />- 3 tbsp Curd<br />- 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste<br />- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala<br />- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />- 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder<br />- Water<br />- 2-3 Green Chillies<br />- Coriander Leaves<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Heat Emami Healthy and Tasty Refined Rice Bran Oil<br />2. Once the oil is heated, fry potatoes on a high flame until it turns golden brown and keep it aside <br />3. Add bay leaves, sliced onions, salt in the same hot oil and let it turn golden brown<br />3. Now, add goat meat in the pan and let it cook on a high flame<br />4. Take a bowl and add curd, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli masala, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, salt<br />5. Mix all the masala's until it forms a good liquid paste <br />6. Add little water to the paste and mix it again<br />7. Now pour this liquid masala mix into the pan<br />8. Cook it on a high flame till the oil starts releasing the sides of the pan <br />9. Once the oil starts releasing the sides of the pan, add water along with the fried potatoes<br />10. Cook it on a high flame for the next 5 minutes and turn the flame to medium, and again let it cook for the next 30 minutes <br />11. Now, after the meat is cooked, add green chillies, coriander leaves<br />12. Take it out in a serving bowl and serve it hot<br />
